Whilst our unit is designed to withstand the rigours of outdoor sports, some of our customers have found that it is not indestructible! For those of you who now have units that are looking a little bit worse for wear, we are offering a General Service. For details of what the service includes please visit the product information.

How to pay for your General Service
We recommend paying for a General Service upfront as this can reduce the turnaround time by up to 5 working days. This can be completed by adding the General Service to your basket.
Please note: it is currently not possible to pay for a General Service through Xpedition. You need to login to your account on our online shop and add the product 'General Service' to your basket to pay. Your device will be paired with your order details on arrival with us.
If you are unable to pay for the General Service upfront a Technical Support team member will contact you when they assess the device to take payment over the telephone.

Please allow up to 3 weeks for a General Service to be completed, repairs may take longer and this is subject to current timescales. When the device arrives with us we will confirm this via e-mail along with the current turnaround time.
