Why should I register my Satmap GPS device?

If the bundle you purchased is provided with a Premium Xpedition subscription (Online Mapping and Route Planner) this can be activated by registering your Satmap GPS to an account. We also require your Satmap GPS to be registered to an account to complete a Returns form (Warranty or General Repair). If the device is lost or stolen, then your registration details make it easier for us to assist you!

 

How to register your Satmap Active 20 GPS

 We are currently building a brand new helpdesk and registrations database. So, in the very short term, to register your new Active 20 GPS, please send the following details through to us :

  1. Salutation (Mr, Mrs, Ms, etc.)
  2. First Name,
  3. Last Name,
  4. E-Mail address
  5. Contact Phone Number
  6. Active 20 Serial Number (either from the gift box, or from inside the device. Example : ACT20UK005001.
  7. Date of Purchase
  8. Place of Purchase

How to create a Satmap.com website account

Why should I have a Satmap.com account?

Whilst guest users can complete the full checkout process and order anything on the shop, guest users must re-enter their details on every checkout. Satmap.com account holders are only required to enter details once, and can also access order history and status at any time, plus recieve our monthly Newsletters and Technical updates and offers.

How do I create an account?

Signing up for an accont on the satmap.com website is very easy, simply go to the account creation page here and fill in the requested details.

Have an old account?

If you had an account on our old website, it is all setup and waiting for, but for security reasons we had to reset your password. So press the `Reclaim My Account` button below and you will be taken to the `forgotten password` page where you can enter your email address and we will email you a temporary password.
